This is a beautifully composed piece of artwork, and I think that the fact you left the background white gives a stark contrast to the bird itself and the empty space behind it. Good job!
The head is my favorite part, because you added so much depth and detail, I feel like I can stroke the screen and I would feel feathers. But it's not like you defined each and every feather, you used a more scribbling motion and that really benefited this piece!
I feel like the farther down the neck you go, the peacock loses its depth a bit. I feel you may have been able to define the feathers on the ligh blue area a little more and maybe you could have given it a slight shine so it would really pop out at you, but otherwise I love how you painted this! Beautifully done!
I notice a couple cool techniques in this painting that really appeal to me. I like the way you didn't completely outline the beak of the bird and left the view to fill in the blanks. That same technique was used with the stalks on the head feathers.
I wish you had brought the detail of the feathers on the head all the way down the neck. Sometimes in my paintings I use ink to do small details and take the level of detail to the next level.
Another thing that would have benefitted the painting, I think, would have been the use of a less white piece of paper. That way you can go in with some white paint and really make the white pop.

Very cool overall.
